Shipping Information

Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for non-urgent orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Angler-Friendly Returns

We stand behind every fly tying vise, reel, and hand-tied fly we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, our streamlined returns process makes it easy to get things right.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

    • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Number]”
    • Product names and quantities
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Our Angler Support Team will respond within 2 business days with:

    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions

  3. Package and Ship Your Return

    Please ensure:

    • Items are in original condition with all packaging and tags
    • Include your order confirmation or packing slip
    • Write the return authorization number on the package

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Processing Your Return

    After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

    • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement using your preferred method
    • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after return approval:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all anglers in our community, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-tied flies from our Bass Flies and Carp Flies collections
  • Opened containers of cements, glue, or epoxy
  • Used body materials or chenilles
  • Personalized items (engraved reels, custom fly boxes)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or wrong items (like getting bass flies when you ordered carp patterns), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
